Our Story

URBAN VIBES FOR SUBURBAN LIVES

Lush Color bar and Hair salon opened its doors in 2006 and a year later was recognized by Salon Today Magazine with the Salon Of Distinction honor.  

Awarded for the unique idea of turning the color area into a bar, clients were able to watch transformative concoctions being mixed for their hair. What was once hidden in the backroom is now in the open, creating an interactive and fun experience for all.

Over the years, our interior has evolved and we have built a very impressive team of artists.  We require everyone to complete an intensive apprenticeship program, regardless of previous experience.  Education continues to be the cornerstone of who we are.  Our entire team is dedicated to constantly improving their skills to keep our clients looking their best. We are a departmentalized salon so all of our team members are dedicated to a specialty.

We believe it is our mission to inform and educate our clients on everything from product choices to home maintenance and overall hair and scalp health.
